Customer’s Requirements
iMozen’s customer is the biggest moto express company in Taiwan and they have implemented iMozen TC601 to optimize couriers’ working process when delivering express. The customer was facing two major pain points; first, the company faced the problem of orphan PDA that old devices cannot provide uninterrupted post-sales service and connect new models. Second, old devices cannot provide remote software update services.
In order to solve the pain points above, our customer started to implement iMozen TC601 and adopted the new business model, FAST Model to replace old devices with new one without any interruption, providing seamless integration. In addition, iMozen provided FOTA remote update service, allowing customers to update software continuously to save time. The adoption of TC601 has improved couriers’ efficiency and increased their productivity.
