Customer’s Requirements
The customer is the leading e-commerce company in Taiwan. In 2022, they decided to expand their warehouse and to replace their equipment. After evaluating various PDAs from different brands, the leading e-commerce brand decided to purchase iMozen TC603 as a continuation model because the device provides better user experience with ultra-lightweight design and 30-degree tilt scanning angle.
In addition to the deployment of hardware, iMozen further held the MDM workshop for our customer to enable them to understand the operation of MDM, the remote control software, supporting the leading e-commerce company to realize software and hardware integration in warehousing and march toward to smart warehousing.
